Each pound of our premium 1st Grade size LARGE 100% Japanese Hokkaido Dried Scallop Conpoy comes heat sealed in a aluminum zipper bag to maintain freshness. All dried scallops is officially graded by Hokkaido Scallop Grading Committee for size and quality grade. Water content is below 16%. Colors on photograph may vary.

To maintain freshness, store in cool, dry area under 10 degrees Celsius or 50 degrees Fahrenheit. For longer storage periods, keep frozen, but be sure to slowly thaw when ready to use.
