    MAYBE DOROTHY WIZARD of OZ? PLASTIC TYPE COMPOSITION HINGED HIP BOLTS TO THE LEGS ARMS MOVE , HAS REDDISH TYPE BRAIDED HAIR, HAS A SMILE With TWO FRONT TEETH ON TOP and Measures Approximately: 21 1/2” TALL.
    BEIGE COLOR DRESS with BLUE TRIM, WHITE RIBBON BELT, SOCKS & WHITE SHOES. THE EYES APPEAR TO BE GLASS, COLOR GREEN and MOVE.
    In Preowned Vintage Condition Looks like it needs some TLC & is a little dirty.
