    Description

    For sale is one surplus aluminum 99.999% pure sputtering target made for the Perkin-Elmer 200mm delta sputter tool. It is 0.25" thick. It is shown on a raised Perkin-Elmer backing plate in the photo. However, the target does not come with the backing plate or with bonding. If you want those extras, please inquire for a quote on them using our website.
    We are the original manufacturer and will supply the certificate of analysis for the material.
