This pretty  dress is made from blue gingham seersucker fabric
Ruffled lace is around the neckline with a bow in the center.  Floral trim is down the center of the bodice,  with gathered sleeves trimmed with lace.
The gathered skirt has  ruffled lace across the hem, with an attached  polyester petticoat of netting trimmed with lace,  closes with buttons and ties with a matching sas
