Used. This lot is in good cosmetic condition overall. You will find minor (normal) blemishes from prior use including scuffs/scratches/stains and some labels here and there, but most of it looks pretty nice actually.
Please NOTE: the countertops are all approximately 70 to 74 inches wide, so making smaller sets of 2x2 base cabinets may yield mixed cosmetic results.
