    Description

    This is a new manganese bismuth sputtering target, composition is 1:1 atomic. It was made by vacuum arc-melting, and is 99.95% pure. The size is 4.00" diameter x 0.125" thick, and comes with a certificate of analysis. It has a few areas with some minor porosity, as seen in the photos, which is why we are offering this at a discount.
