    Good condition except, has power issues that can be fixed.
    **** Unit will turn on, show image and then shut off. With red light flashing,  cost of repair with NEC will be 0 to send in and diagnose, most likely thermal. Unit is in working condition 8000 lumens but has that current issue. Image quality is perfect until thermal turns off. Power cord, bulbs and lens are worth the 400 asking price. This unit will be sold as is and no returns will be accepted.  Any further questions please ask. Again unit does work has thermal issues according to manual.
