This is a pretty red dress with a stripe smock over top of dress.
Dress bodice is lined and has a lace trim neckline edge and same lace to the gathered sleeves. the skirt has attached tulle netting underneath.The smock is made from a stripe fabric with tiny hearts between the stripes . Red ric rac trim . A appliquéd red heart with A Patti Playpal name, is on the side front.
Dress and smock close with buttons .
All seams are serged.
