    This dress tagged Strasburg heirloom collection 24 months is a beautiful 100% cotton with embroidery on the yoke and silk ribbons on the sleeves.  Silk satin trim around edges of bib and sleeves , with silk sating ribboning around the bottom.
    Has a built in under-slip.
