Little Tikes My Size dollhouse in a hard to find color. It works well with Barbie
size dolls and can be used for storage when not in play. The item is big at about 39" tall, 36" wide and 24" deep. It is in very good clean working order and the colors are bright, so it does not look like it spent time outside. It has minor abrasions, nicks, marks, rubs, scratches and normal age/storage/play wear. The only flaw that I would note is that the screw base for 2 door screws and one window are pulling away from the outside frame. You see this a lot on these houses and most people do not even notice. The frames stay in but can cause a problem if you want to replace/clean under the window or door frame. It is caused by overtightening the frames on installation when new. Frames can be glued in if it ever became a problem.
This dollhouse are very sturdy and made with a solid plastic. I have had kids show me how they stand on the top roof when I was picking a house up. I also had a little girl show me how she could still fit through the dollhouse front door as I was buying a house from her parents.
This is a color that is not seen very often and was made at the end of the product series. Item will come disassembled and will require the placement of 10 screws and placing in the slotted pieces. I will include a copy of Little Tikes instructions from 2005. Instructions show caps on the inside roof screws but none are included in this sale.
This item is big even when broken down and that is why you do not see many that have a shipping option. Unless you make a special box and package very carefully the box will be 130"+ dimensionally and will cost 0+ to ship. I have packaged this with minimal packing material and it is at 128" dimensionally, 38" x 25" x 20" and 46 #. I have included a pass along shipping discount, so this is the lowest that I can get shipping costs. Please do not ask for a lower shipping price or a different shipping option because only UPS will realistically ship this size item at a reasonable price.
I will be selling a few of these now that I have some huge boxes to use. most will be the standard other two colors of the item.
