It features a 40-amp contact switch with robust motor and heavy-duty gear train that is enclosed in an industrial grade lockable steel box for safety and durability. Available with up to 24 on/off settings per day for flexible programming and segment pins that are permanently attached, so they will not get lost. Programming can be set in 30-minute intervals for multiple on/off events, which maximizes energy savings and controls electricity costs by only using power when it is needed. It also includes a manual override lever which temporarily suspends switch operation without affecting the set schedule.

· Our shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS or USPS.
· We do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

When returning items, please repackage the product exactly as it was delivered, to ensure the item will arrive in sellable conditions to our distribution center.  Voluntary returns may incur a cost to you depending on the size and type of product. All return packages must include the original packing slip, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
We kindly suggest that you request a tracking number from the carrier when performing a return, so that you may trace the path of the package until we receive it in our distribution center. Returned to sender items that were refused, undeliverable or marked as unclaimed will be refunded once the package arrives back at our distribution center. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process return items and perform the refund to your payment method.

CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
In order to meet our challenging goals on delivery time we have an automatic system that starts the handling process of our orders as soon as they are placed. This helps us to ship orders as soon as possible. Because of that, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Once the handling process is completed, you will be receiving an e-mail with the tracking information. You may use the tracking number to verify the estimated delivery date of your package with the carrier assigned.
If an incorrect address was input during the checkout, once the order is shipped and you receive the tracking information please contact our Customer Service Team.  We will gladly request a change of address with the carrier.
